Information we collect
Account and contact details you provide when you apply for wholesale access or open a portal account (company, name, email, phone, country, website). Operational metadata generated by your use of our services (call detail records, SIP signaling, SMS submission and delivery reports, IP whitelist entries). Standard technical data such as IP address, user agent and request logs, used to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use information
To evaluate access requests, provision SIP and rate decks, bill traffic, deliver 24/7 NOC support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to telecom carriers, and improve our service.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with: terminating and originating carriers strictly as required to route traffic; payment processors and banks for settlement; auditors, regulators and law enforcement when legally required; and infrastructure providers acting under data processing agreements.
Retention
Account data is kept for the lifetime of the relationship and for the period required by applicable telecom and tax law thereafter. Call and SMS metadata is retained per regulatory requirements (typically 6 to 24 months) and then deleted or aggregated.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR for EU/EEA partners), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Email privacy@astraqom.com.
Security
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest where applicable, role-based access controls, audit logging and least-privilege principles. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected parties of material breaches as required by law.
