How long does carrier onboarding take?

Most accounts are activated within hours of approval. After the commercial agreement and KYC are complete, our NOC provisions SIP trunks or SMPP binds the same business day so you can send test traffic immediately.

Do you offer CLI-guaranteed routes?

Yes. Our premium A-Z termination routes are CLI-guaranteed via direct interconnects with Tier-1 partners. Standard routes are also available when price is the priority. No grey routing on either tier.

What payment terms do you offer?

New carriers start on prepaid balances with automated low-balance alerts. Approved partners with consistent traffic can request weekly or NET-15 postpaid terms after a review period.

Which protocols and codecs do you support?

SIP over UDP, TCP and TLS for voice with G.711, G.729 and Opus codecs. SMPP 3.4 over TCP and TLS for A2P and P2P SMS with full DLR support.

How are rate decks delivered and updated?

Live rate decks are available in your carrier portal — versioned, dated, and exportable as CSV. Rate change notifications are sent by email at least 7 days in advance per industry best practice.
