Services are offered to verified telecommunications carriers, resellers and licensed enterprises. We may decline or suspend access at our discretion, including for failed KYC, sanctioned jurisdictions, or non-payment.
These terms govern access to and use of AstraQom Wholesale services. By submitting an application, opening a portal account or sending traffic, you agree to these terms together with the master service agreement signed by your organization.

Services are offered to verified telecommunications carriers, resellers and licensed enterprises. We may decline or suspend access at our discretion, including for failed KYC, sanctioned jurisdictions, or non-payment.
Voice termination, DID origination, SMS termination and related portal features are provided on an "as available" basis. Rate decks, routing tiers and coverage are subject to change with reasonable notice.
You may not send fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or sender-spoofed traffic, originate calls without proper consent, or use the platform for grey-route or A2P-as-P2P arbitrage. We may block, suspend or terminate offending traffic immediately.
Most accounts operate on a prepaid balance. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Disputes must be raised within 15 days of the invoice or CDR period.
Services are provided without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation, except as expressly stated in your contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraQom's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid by you for the affected service in the three months preceding the event.
These terms are governed by the law specified in your master service agreement. In its absence, by the law of the jurisdiction in which AstraQom invoices you.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
